The problem
In low-connectivity areas, assuming stable internet excludes people. Important information didn't reach reliably, and solutions that require being always online simply don't work in the field.
The approach
We designed for the worst network case, not the best. A PWA that works offline and syncs when there's signal, complemented by WhatsApp for mass reach and physical QR cards to bridge paper and digital. Each channel covers what the others can't.
What we built

The result
Communication that survives the reality of the field: it arrives whether the network is up or not. The hybrid approach meets people where they are, on whatever channel they have. Client withheld under NDA.
