The problem
Commercial information lived in silos: SAP on one side, Salesforce on another, external data in a third. Building a picture of the business was manual work that was already out of date by the time it was done.
The approach
We connected the sources live and consolidated them into a common model, with a panel designed to decide, not just to look. The priority was that every number be reliable and current, and that the view answer the sales team's real questions.
